Purpose

These Terms of Use govern the use of the Canard Bourré app, a social drinking game designed for entertainment between adults.

Access — adults only (18+)

The app is strictly reserved for adults (18 years and older). By using it, you declare that you are of legal drinking age in your country.

Alcohol & liability

Canard Bourré is a humorous game. Alcohol consumption is the sole responsibility of the players. Excessive alcohol consumption is dangerous for your health — drink responsibly.

The publisher cannot be held responsible for any consequences (harm, accidents, behaviour) linked to alcohol consumption or the completion of dares. Never play before driving. An alcohol-free alternative is available.

Intellectual property

The app's content (cards, texts, brand, design, code) is protected and remains the property of the publisher. Any unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.

User-submitted content

Card suggestions submitted by players are reviewed by the publisher before any publication. No user content is shared without prior moderation.

Availability

The publisher strives to maintain service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. These Terms may be updated; the current version is the one accessible in the app.
